Craig Villani is one of Bikram's senior instructors and the Director of Education for the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. In this clinic, Craig will deliver information in its purest form and will keep you intrigued throughout with his unique philosophical approach to yoga. His humor, stories, experiences, and his deep love and understanding of yoga will leave you with a lasting impact. This is truly an event you do not want to miss! Craig will cover each of the 26 postures and the 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Yoga series; and will answer questions related to the yoga and/or the postures. Immediately following the seminar, Craig will be teaching a Beginning Class at 4:30pm.
